Last Thursday we celebrated World Book Day. In 5th and 6th Class some children dressed up as their favourite characters.
Last friday all classes from Junior Infants to 4th class took part in 10@10.
We had Wellness Week this week in school. The theme of the week was: I am comfortable, I am healthy, I am happy.
Sixth class boys and girls have been working exceptionally hard over the last 4 months on their Discover Primary Science project with their teacher Mrs Dempsey.
On Wednesday morning in Assembly we had a very important event take place.
Thank you to all who donated shoe boxes so generously. There was utter joy experienced by all the children as they gave with such open hearts.
As part of Gratitude Week this week in school the children all drew a picture of something they are grateful for.
Last week in school we celebrated Maths Week. Our theme this year was ‘Maths is Everywhere’.
The boys u13 footballers were unlucky in their shield semi final. They were defeated 3-8 to 0-3 against a very good St Patrick’s Ringsend team.
John Scottus girls played an epic semi final against Gael Scoil Cnoc Liamhna on Wednesday in Bushy park.
