This week 3rd class went to our school garden and dug up the potatoes that they planted back in February.

6th Class Girls Have Been Busy
6th Class Girls have been very busy over the last number of weeks setting up science experiments in the Secret Garden, producing and presenting projects and much, much more.
Potato Planting
3rd class journied to the Secret Garden on Wednesday morning to plant their potatoes. They had already chitted the potatoes in their classrooms over the last few weeks.
Junior Infants in the School Garden
Junior Infants went down to the Secret Garden to do some work on their bed in the school garden. They all took turns digging their green manure into the soil to prepare it for Spring time growing.
Preparing the Beds
All the classes have been really busy over the last few weeks preparing the grow beds in the school garden for planting in Spring.

The whole school has been active planting seeds in the school garden. Each class has an assigned bed.
