Keeping with the Aistear theme of the Restaurant Miss Skelton’s Junior Infants made yummy banana muffins during the week with the help of Sara Switzman. Before the baking started they learned loads of facts about bananas. Did you know the scientific name for a banana is Musa! A big bunch of bananas is called a hand – so you can call one banana a finger!
