5th Class get Cycle Training in Herbert Park courtesy of Dublin City Council and Road Safety Authority of Ireland. Students loved the experience and learned a lot about cycling safely.

Cycle Training is a big hit with 5th Class. An initiative by Dublin City Council & Road Safety Authority, the programme is to provide a framework in which the young cyclist can develop the complex range of skills and knowledge to ride a bike safely and to encourage responsible use etc.

There are six one hour modules, the first in the classroom and the rest are practical sessions in Herbert Park on bikes which are provided by approved trainers.
