March 14, 2019The TY group conducted their annual Donnybrook fair cookery course this week from the 6th – 8th March. It lasted 3 days and the head chef Aidan O’Hare called the guys a ‘pleasure to work with’. They will hopefully be publishing their amazing recipes next as part of their weekly challenge and perhaps running a “our dinner” fundraiser parents before the end of the year!
